WEDDINGS
After the initial buzz of the engagement wears off, it is time to roll up your sleeves and delve into the planning process. Wexford Events will alleviate the pressure by working to understand your priorities, establish a budget, and create a planning timeline. From there, we will navigate through each task together to create an event that represents the partnership you are honoring. We want you to look back on the day and think of love not logistics.
Our a la carte approach to the planning process allows our services to align with your needs.
DAY-OF COORDINATION
Includes an in-person meeting approximately two weeks prior to the wedding date
Oversee the wedding day timeline
Serve as day-of contact and coordinator of all vendors. Wexford Events will work with:
Florist to coordinate personal floral distribution
Ceremony venue to usher and host guests before and after ceremony, overseeing of assigned ushers, organizing the bridal party’s entrance & processional
Photographer to ensure all family and bridal party members are organized for photos and that photos are completed on time
Band/DJ to ensure announcements are made on time, in order, and with proper pronunciation
Reception venue to manage vendors and oversee set-up (décor, table settings, gift and cake tables, food and beverage, musicians)
Delivery of non-vendor items to ceremony or reception (ceremonial objects, program books, placecards, etc.)
At reception to organize the introduction of the bridal party, cocktail hour, food service, toasts, cake-cutting, first dance, etc.
Collection of items that need to go home with the couple
Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities
Bridal party emergency kit on-site
PARTIAL SERVICE PLANNING
Includes all aspects of Day-of Coordination plus:
Budget development
Personalized planning calendar creation
Venue and vendor recommendations
Event timeline creation
Communicate vendor expectations
Coordinate rehearsal (if needed)
Coordinate and conduct walk-through with vendors
FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Includes all aspects of Day-Of Coordination and Partial Service Planning plus:
Venue search, selection & booking
Invitation process
Entertainment booking
Design & décor
Vendor search, selection & booking
Audio visual arrangements
Travel & Transportation arrangements
Guest concierge service (RSVP management, hotel room block coordination, custom welcome bags)
